Our work is a collaborative effort guided entirely by the needs of the people we serve. We meet with our individuals to determine their needs, both immediate and long-term. We help them identify the areas they would like to work on and provide them with the tools they need to do so.

Building self-reliance is always the primary goal. Typical services perpetuate the use of the system. Our services are provided with the intention of decreasing critical need for clinical services. We do not want to eliminate these services, as they are incredibly necessary support services. We simply aim to provide people with the skills they need to manage their wellness effectively so they are less likely to need crisis support. There is nothing wrong with needing clinical services. We simply disagree with the predatory nature of the behavioral health system that keeps people in services they don't need or want.
